I am taking orders for Unique Health Products this week. Click on this complete Excel Price List with product details (unfortunately not as good as the glossy catalogue!). Lomandra Convivium in Inverell

A group of passionate ecoagers got together many years ago to create - something. After many wonderful weekends together with fabulous conversations, food and drink we came to the realisation that we were all too busy doing the very things we thought we wanted  our 'Lomandra' group to create...the truth was, we just loved each other's company and talking about the wonders of working with nature, which often bored the company of our day-to-day friends. So Lomandra started to see itself as a social network for ecoagers where people can put up their hands to host a convivium (borrowed from the Slow Food Movement).

Angus & Kim Deans have offered to host a convivium at their place (just outside Tingha) on 27th - 28th March. It will be limited to 20 adults (children welcome). It's simply first in first served, though it is requested that some food and drink be brought along to share. The convivium commences just after lunch and rides its way into the night...and perhaps continues Sunday morning. Camping is welcome, and there is likely to be some local beds on offer too. Angus and Kim are particularly keen to explore thoughts on healthy soils, food and our health. I would suggest watching the videos 'Teaching Kids that Chicken Looks Like Chicken' and 'The Power of Food' - both are brilliant though provokers.  RSVP to Angus and Kim or (02) 6723-3594. United Organics - organic produce (certified organic)

Please feel free to order any other items from this link (fruit, vegetables, sprouts, dairy, drinks, sauces, chocolate, nuts, dog food, coffee, tea, and just about everything else, do check it out...) that are listed as single units (e.g. each, pun, bch, bag etc). Per kilo items must be ordered in per kilo lots. Just type your item description/s below. Items like watermelon and pumpkins come in as whole items, so it is the final weight that is invoiced. Items that come in as 'per box' need to be counted before a final price can be provided, hence they are listed as 'approx'. The price, like everything else, is calculated at 20% above cost (which includes freight at $0.50/kg), e.g. (cost price * 1.2) + freight.

(Note that the truck from Brisbane to Inverell is unrefrigerated - cold goods come in polystyrene boxes, but in mid-summer may become an issue)

Sol Breads - artisan sourdough breads (certified organic)

This bread list includes wheat sourdoughs, catering sourdoughs, Easy-Gest sourdoughs, wheat alternative sourdoughs and gluten free yeast free sourdoughs. Orders will be taken on Week 2 and Week 4 of each month. Yes, this week!

You are welcomed to come and help with divvy up at Triggervale 8.30am- 9.30am - helpers get $10 off their grocery invoice per hour donated.  

You can pick up from Triggervale, otherwise I can drop your basket/s off ($3 delivery fee) between 8.30am - 4.30pm Mon-Fri within town and near outskirts. Please let me know. Once baskets are delivered, responsibility for goods is transferred to you. All baskets must be returned asap and any other reusable packaging (plastic and calico bags, egg cartons etc) is greatly appreciated.  

There are always leftovers in the coolroom - you are welcome to come and pick up or select leftovers outside divvy up time - just ring.
